Setup Request Channel

This feature is a setup request channel for music playback. The bot will create both a text and a voice channel.

• Text Channel: Within the text channel, users can request songs they'd like to play. They can provide the name of the artist, the song title, or even a URL to the song.

• Voice Channel: The voice channel is where the music will be played. Once a song request is submitted in the text channel, the bot will process the request and play the requested song in the voice channel.
